The Scottsdale area
Scottsdale
South of the CAP canal, 1950s and 1960s ranch homes sit on lots people love. Most are ready for a whole home remodel.
North of the canal, the Environmentally Sensitive Lands overlay keeps part of each lot as natural desert. That runs about 15 percent on flat ground and up to 80 percent on steep hillside. We read it before we design a custom home in Scottsdale.
Paradise Valley
Most lots here are one acre or more, a good fit for custom homes and luxury remodels. Near Camelback and Mummy Mountain, the Hillside Building Committee reviews plans, so we schedule around it.
Cave Creek
This is desert acreage in the foothills. For a custom home in Cave Creek, we sort out water and septic before design. Moving a saguaro means notifying the state Department of Agriculture.
Phoenix
Arcadia
Old citrus grove lots at the foot of Camelback still carry flood irrigation and mature trees. We build each new custom home in Arcadia around them.
Biltmore
Biltmore owners often choose a whole home remodel or a luxury whole house renovation over a move.
Ahwatukee
Past South Mountain, the village is nearly built out. The work is home additions and big kitchen and bath projects.
Greater Phoenix
If you own a lot in Phoenix, we build on it, even with a house there now. We take on commercial construction too.
The East Valley
Queen Creek
People still buy land first here, so it suits custom homes and additions. The town spans two counties, and your address decides which one reviews the plans.
Gilbert
The neighborhood decides between a custom home or a remodel. Agritopia and Morrison Ranch owners want additions that match the look. Older subdivisions on the south end are ready for bigger changes.
Chandler
Here we mostly do remodeling. Older homes near downtown need panels and plumbing updated first. Newer ones need the kitchen opened to the living room.
Mesa
West Mesa's ranch homes sit on generous lots, so owners weigh a remodel against a new custom home. Around Red Mountain and Las Sendas, parts of the area fall under the Desert Uplands standards.
Tempe
Almost every lot already has a house, so Tempe is an addition and remodel town.
North Peoria
This is where open land is, and the city has a clear custom home permit process. Amkor Technology broke ground on a chip plant here in 2025, so more families will want to build.

Why we are called Radiant
“Those who look to him are radiant.”
Psalm 34:5
To us it means honest numbers and care on the parts nobody sees. Read our story.
You do not have to share our faith to build with us. If you would ever like prayer, just ask.
