Built with integrity, finished with care.
Radiant Construction builds custom homes across the Phoenix metro, on your lot or one you are buying. We also rebuild homes from the studs up and take on large remodels and commercial work.
What we build
Custom Home Building
Built from the ground up, with plans and a draw schedule you can actually follow.
How a custom build works
Whole Home Remodels
Keep the house you love and change everything inside.
What a whole remodel involves
Home Additions
More room without moving, including second stories. Tied in so it looks like it was always there.
Planning an addition
Structural Work
Load bearing walls removed the right way, with an engineered beam and a permit.
Removing a load bearing wallCommercial Construction
Our KB-1 Dual license covers commercial work too. Tenant improvements and ground-up builds get the same care as a home.
What the work looks like
You talk to Shane. Every time.
Shane walks your project on day one. He still answers your calls on the last day. Same number, no handoffs.
He can tell you where your job stands and what a change order costs. You see every step, so the finished house is the one you pictured.
Trusted Subcontractors
Vetted trade partners do the work, and Radiant stands behind all of it through the final walk.
Raised in the Valley
Shane grew up here. He knows the local permit offices and what monsoon season does to a schedule.
The light behind the name
“Those who look to him are radiant.”
Psalm 34:5
That verse gave us our name. We are a faith-based company, and we want to be a light for the kingdom. The burst in our logo stands for the light the Lord gives us.
Starting this company was about answering a calling to build with a purpose. It shapes how we treat every family whose home we work in.
Whether you hire us or not, our door is open if you need prayer.
