Build on your lot
Maybe you have owned your lot for years. Maybe you are closing on an infill lot in Arcadia or Scottsdale, or buying in North Peoria. If you love the location but not the house on it, we can clear it and build new.
How building a custom home with us works
Lot walk and feasibility
We check setbacks, utilities, drainage and city rules with you. You learn what the lot can hold before you pay for plans. If you are choosing between two lots, we will walk both.
Plans and engineering
We stay close to the design so the drawings fit your budget.
Permits under our license
Every permit is pulled under ROC #367703, and every inspection is on record with the city.
The build, communicated
Payments follow milestones. You always know where your money and the schedule stand. If something changes, Shane calls you that day with options and numbers.
The final walk
We walk the home with you room by room until nothing is left to fix.
Who does the work
Trusted subcontractors handle each trade, and Radiant stands behind all of it. Shane brings five years of hands-on experience to every job.
Where we build
We build across the Phoenix metro, mostly in Scottsdale, Arcadia, Paradise Valley, Cave Creek, Chandler, Mesa, Queen Creek, Gilbert, Tempe and North Peoria. If your lot is elsewhere in the Valley, just ask.
Why this company is called Radiant
Our name comes from Psalm 34:5: "Those who look to him are radiant." We started Radiant to serve people the way our faith calls us to.
You do not have to share our faith to get our best work. If you would like prayer for your family or your new home, we would be honored.

How long does it take to build a custom home in Phoenix?
Most take a year or more from first design meeting to move-in. Permit review varies by city. You get a real schedule once plans are set.
What does a custom home cost per square foot in Phoenix?
There is no honest single number. Finishes and site work move it a lot. You get a line-item budget built to the number you set.
Can you help with plans, or do I need to bring an architect?
Either works. Bring your plans and we build from them. If you are starting fresh, we bring in an architect and engineer.
