Radiant Construction is a licensed Arizona general contractor that builds custom homes, remodels existing ones, and takes on commercial construction for families and business owners across the Phoenix Valley.
What we do
We build custom homes on the lot you own, even if a house stands there now. We remodel whole homes, take on large kitchens and bathrooms, add rooms, and handle the structural work that comes with it, like opening up a load-bearing wall. Our KB-1 Dual license covers commercial construction too.
The result we work toward is plain: you get the home or building you signed up for, on a written budget, with the permits pulled under our license and on record.

That verse gave us our name. We are a faith-based company, and we want to be a light for the kingdom. The burst in our logo stands for the guiding light the Lord gives us, and the hope we can all trust in.
In Shane’s words, Radiant was “not about just starting a business, it was about answering a calling to build with a purpose.”

- One point of contact. Shane writes the bid, runs the job, and picks up the phone. There is no handoff to a project manager.
- A KB-1 Dual license you can check in two minutes. ROC #367703 covers residential and commercial work, and it is on every page of this site. We are licensed, bonded, and insured.
- Honest numbers. You get a line-item bid. If something turns up behind a wall, you get a call with a price before anything moves.
- Five years in Valley homes. Shane spent five years building and remodeling around Phoenix before putting his own name on a license in 2026.

The team: Shane McBurney, owner
Shane McBurney founded Radiant Construction and owns it. He was born and raised in the Valley, has five years of experience building and remodeling homes around Phoenix, and is the qualifying party on ROC #367703. The state holds him personally accountable for every job, and he wants it that way.
The trades on your job are subcontractors Shane has worked with and trusts. Radiant schedules them, checks their work, and backs all of it from the first day on site through the final walk. When a job calls for it, we partner with other contractors to get it right.
